Our adult program is built on the same training that the coaches went through, which is the focus on developing a replicable system proven through competition. The training at Lighthouse will be focus on prepping adults for competition, so no matter the belt level you will be ready to compete but we know what it’s like to want to train hard and still need to wake up in the morning. The curriculum is build to allow you to push yourself while still being able to get up and go to work the next day.
